In this era of technology, having a waterproof and dust resistant device is common. Every so-called company is producing a water and dust resistant product. However, only a few of these smartphone companies can render a product that doesn’t defy the term resistant or proof. Is Vivo X50 Lite one of them? Let’s have a look at whether the new Vivo X50 Lite is a waterproof and dust resistant device or not.
Vivo just launched a new model- X50 Lite, which is a rebranded form of S1 Pro. The company is selling the same phone with some minor modifications and different monikers around the regions. The same smartphone is available as V17 in Russia, S1 Pro in India, Vivo Y97 in China. And now Vivo recently unveiled the same phone in Australia as X50 Lite.
Despite some trivial alterations found in these phones, consumers have been asking If Vivo X50 is waterproof and dustproof or not. The concern is legit, looking at the price of the phone and the claims Vivo has been doing. Although the company’s flagships always come with official water and dust resistant ratings, there has been no sign If Vivo cares about these features in its rebranded “affordable” smartphones.
