The internet’s newest streaming service is almost here.

Disney+ is set to debut on Nov. 12, giving fans a giant selection of movies and TV shows created by Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and of course, Disney. Even though the catalog is huge, we couldn’t help but notice that a few of Disney’s animated movies won’t be appearing on day one, and that’s what we’re here to look at now.

From the final film of the Disney Renaissance to a direct-to-video princess spin-off, here are some of the animated films that will be missing from Disney+ on launch day.

Tarzan

One of the most noticeable movies missing from the Disney+ lineup is Tarzan.

The 1999 film tells the story of a jungle man who must rediscover who he is and where he belongs after a group of British travelers show up.

The animated film is currently on Netflix, and it’s possible it will be there for a while — that is until Disney regains all the rights. Though it won’t be there on launch day, we’re betting Tarzan will eventually make its way to the streaming platform.

Make Mine Music

Another noticeably missing film from Walt Disney Animation Studios is Make Mine Music. This animated movie debuted in 1946 during World War II while many of Disney’s staff members fought in the army. Because of this, many of the smaller ideas dreamed up by the remaining animators were put into this anthology film.

Though the reason for this movie’s absence from streaming service has not been revealed, it’s rather surprising being that all the other animated films released during the ’40s will be available from day one.

Ralph Breaks The Internet

Ralph Breaks the Internet has made its home on Netflix, and this is likely the reason the Wreck-It-Ralph sequel is not being made available on launch day.

This 2018 computer-animated comedy has the characters from Litwak’s Arcade journeying onto the internet, with their goal being to buy a new race wheel for Vanellope’s game, Sugar Rush, on eBay, so that it’s not unplugged.

Despite Ralph Breaks the Internet not showing up on Disney+, its predecessor will become available instantly.

The Incredibles 2

Being that the Incredibles sequel was released in 2018, the rights to it are also being held captive by Netflix.

Incredibles 2, which picks up where the original left off, has the titular superhero family learning to integrate back into the world. While Elastigirl is off tracking a new villain known as the Screenslaver, Mr. Incredible is up for his biggest challenge yet: Being a stay-at-home dad with a moody teenager, an energetic middle schooler, and a baby with superpowers.

Coco

The final big movie Netflix has snagged is Pixar’s Coco. Though we don’t know when it will be appearing on Disney+, we do know that the 2017 animation will be leaving Netflix on Nov. 29.

Based on the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead, Coco follows Miguel and his dreams to become a famous musician like the legendary Ernesto de la Cruz. However, his dreams almost die after he is sent to the Land of the Dead, where he makes new friends, meets old relatives, and uncovers the secrets behind his family’s history.

Tarzan II

Tarzan’s sequel is also missing out on the Disney+ launch day.

The direct-to-video Tarzan II: The Legend Begins has a young Tarzan figuring out his place among the apes. Though he at first turns to the other animals in the jungle for answers, his plans soon change after he meets an older ape named Zugor.

If you’re longing for a movie in the Tarzan franchise, you’ll be happy to know that the direct-to-video Tarzan & Jane is showing up on Disney+ right away.

Planes

This 2013 Disneytoon film tells the story of a cropduster plane who decides to face his fear of heights and dive nose-first into the crazy world of sky racing.

The film’s 2014 sequel, Planes: Fire & Rescue, is also yet to be scheduled for the streaming service.

Tinker Bell And The Legend Of The Never Beast

Though some of the films from the Disney Fairies franchise - Tinker Bell, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, and Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue - are set to launch alongside Disney+, some will not be debuting on launch day. Missing Tinker Bell films include The Pirate Fairy, Secret of the Wings, and Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Never Beast.

The last of these has Fawn bringing a fairy-eating hawk to Pixie Hollow. Though she realizes her mistakes and sets out to correct them, she soon comes in contact with a creature that is even stranger.

Seasons Of Giving

Winnie the Pooh’s holiday film, Seasons of Giving, was released in 1999. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to relive the magic on Disney+ — at least, not at first.

This made-for-video musical film contained two episodes from The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (which will be appearing on Disney+), and the Winnie the Pooh Thanksgiving special. Unfortunately, we can’t find any mention of the latter of these episodes showing up on Disney+.

Additionally, while Pooh’s Heffalump Movie is scheduled to arrive when Disney+ debuts, the sequel — Pooh’s Heffalump Halloween Movie — is not on the opening-day list.

Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Follow Your Dreams

This 2007 direct-to-video princess musical featured two new adventures led by Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Jasmine from Aladdin. While Aurora learns how to manage the kingdom on her own when her parents are away for a few days, Jasmine discovers how to balance a role as an educator at the Royal Academy.

While both of these princesses will have their original films featured on Disney+, these spin-off tales have no set release date.
