In addition, subscribers to the service will enjoy access to 4K UHD, 5.1 channel sound, and support for Dolby Atmos-compatible audio equipment. And don’t forget, it’s all commercial-free. Viewers can watch on up to four devices at a time, set up new profiles (including a Kids profile), and can download shows to their device for offline viewing – on up to 10 devices. As you’d expect, this launch includes everything Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and National Geographic. It also includes Star (Hulu for those outside the US) content. This Hong Kong launch also brings more content within Disney Plus that’s available globally with Mandarin and Cantonese subtitles and overdubs. This news follows Disney Plus Day, which celebrated the service’s second birthday. Disney Plus launched in South Korea and Taiwan on November 12th in honor of Disney Plus Day. Now, it’s rolling out to Hong Kong. Customers in Hong Kong will pay HK$ 73 ($9.37 US) per month or a yearly package at HK$ 738 ($94.73 US).
